Swimmingly....

Someone asked me how I was going the other week...

I replied 'swimmingly - thank you'; even though I had a tonne of things to do and felt pushed to the endth - seems like a wave of things have happened at once for me [all positive but not enough time in the day - hence my MIA Palatial Living posts - more on that later]! My grandmother always told me that there is nothing more boring that someone hearing about how you 'really are'... and  nothing says it better than than this lovely image of a red pink fantail gold fish! Just swimming on by trying to look like it's ever so effortless floating away.... And I also love gold fish too!

Happy Weekend...

Hope you have a fun & fabulous weekend! It looks to be another 'stinker' here in Sydney so we'll be aiming to make it to a shoreline somewhere over the weekend to cool down and let our 'fur kids' a chance to swim around too!

Happy Weekend...

This weekend it's the start of Term 1 swimming classes [our 2nd term]for our little Isabelle, thankfully this time 'Daddy' aka my husband Matthew is now doing this- yay! Getting in the pool each week was a lot of fun, especially the doing the 'hokey pokey' as grown adults splashing & singing at the top of their voices...but not so great on the hip pocket thanks to the many beautician appointments!

I have a few other things on this weekend...some taxing some not so!

My hope for you is to get a sleep in [even a sneaky 15mins] and all the other Palatial things you want to do!

It's Friday & The Weekend Is Here...Take Me to the Beach!

It's Friday - Hope you have a wonderful weekend... It's very, very hot here in Sydney reaching up to 39 degrees Celsius (that's 102.2 F for our friends in the U.S) so Friday Flowers & Fruit may be a little wilted today! So I'm thinking that going to the beach, or getting poolside, or hitting the cool air of the movies will be high on the agenda this weekend!
